As the investigating judge Alexander Owens revealed this Tuesday to the Dublin jury (eight women and four men), Conor McGregor and another man named James Lawrence allegedly “sexually assaulted” Nikita ni lemahine “and, in fact, raped her” on December 9, 2018, Lawrence “did the same,”he added. The case remained under a brief secrecy until Tuesday.

Irish hairdresser Nikita ni lemahine is seeking civil damages against McGregor and James Lawrence, alleging that she was sexually assaulted in 2018. Lawyers for the former NFL champion, who is still fighting two fights under a contract with the company, claim that Nikita ni lemahine is “trying to extort money.”

Ni lemahine said she and McGregor knew each other because they were the same age, they were from the same area, he had mutual friends and had been in contact on several occasions via social media. On the other hand, the Investigating Judge Owens noted that this is not a criminal case, but a civil one. Therefore, if the alleged facts are proved, the victim will have the right to compensation.

The process, which will take about two weeks, began on Tuesday and the first statements were left to NI Limin:

“I remember there was a security guard by the window and another security guard closing the door between the two rooms. I remember the panic. Why were there three men in the room and I was the only one here?

I also remember going to the bedroom area and walking around the two rooms and looking around, Connor was in the bathroom and said something inappropriate to me. He told me to suck on it.

He was coming to me. He started trying to kiss me, to rub my face. I knew what I was looking for. I said, ‘ I don’t feel comfortable, Connor.’

I said No, I didn’t feel comfortable, I knew Dee (McGregor’s wife, Ed.), Who knew his family. I tried to convince him that I didn’t want anything, that I didn’t want sex and that I wasn’t there for any of that. He just won’t take a’ no ‘ for an answer. Then he pinned me to the bed.

He kept telling me to relax. He pinned me to the bed. I remember he put his arms on my chest. Keep pressing all his weight on me. I remember I put my arm like that to keep him as far away from me as possible.”

Dr. Kane’s statement

One of the first to testify as a witness was Dr. Kane, a gynecologist. On December 9, he was working in the accident and emergency unit of the Rotunda Hospital. This is where everything happened. It was me by the neck. He stopped me breathing several times. I thought he was going to kill me.”

Dr. Kane noticed several injuries, including erosion on the right side of the jaw, neck, bruises on the right arm, fingers, joints, left arm and upper back. The right buttock was bruised. The left buttock had three bruises that matched the handprint. Lilac color. The right breast had a hematoma. He also claimed that there was a” multiplicity ” of bruises. The witness claims that he made a decision to remove a plug from the plaintiff that was ” stuck at the top.”He used some tweezers. In his findings, Dr. Kane said that his examination was “consistent with the outline of the events described by Nikita.”
